The part of your plan is all about who does what and when.

It involves outlining the responsibilities and a schedule for the actions required to implement your tactics. In other words, what needs to be done, who will do it, and when will they do it. Does anything need to be outsourced, or do you have the skills within your organisation.

An invaluable tool for this stage is a Gantt Chart. There’s lots of free software options available, or you could just keep it simple and use an Excel spreadsheet. Whatever works for you.
