3.3 SWOT Analysis

It’s worth considering developing a SWOT analysis of your organisation. This involves thinking laterally by analysing your organisation, including all internal departments, and gathering evidence. This should include interviews with colleagues, suppliers and customers.

Your analysis will primarily give you the ‘big picture’ from which to lay out a strategy for your organisation as a whole. However, the process also provides the opportunity to build relationships across the organisation.
